For nearly two thousand years, people walked to Eleusis and came back changed.
The Eleusinian Mysteries initiated people into an experience of death, return, and renewal. Those who went through it said they no longer feared death, and returned home with a different relationship to their lives.
Eleusis Rising brings that tradition into the present for men who have built successful lives and are now asking what those lives are for.
WHAT WE’RE BUILDING
A modern initiation for men
Eleusis Rising is a men’s initiatory program that combines depth psychology, structured preparation, legal and professionally guided experiences, and lasting integration.
We are building it alongside a network of therapists, entrepreneurs, neuroscientists, and researchers who believe modern men need more than achievement. They need thresholds: deliberate moments to examine their lives, face what they have avoided, and return with clarity about who they are becoming.
Initiatory Retreats
Small cohorts of men, held only in legal, regulated settings, built around a single threshold experience.
Preparation & Education
Weeks of guided group sessions on depth psychology, ritual, and the questions men rarely ask out loud.
