Men’s Coaching for Relationships, Purpose, and Life Transitions
Depth-informed, one-on-one coaching for men who have built capable lives but sense that the old map is no longer enough. We work with pressure, identity, and what comes next—the questions success can postpone but cannot answer.
For men who want structure, not slogans
Take Command of What Comes Next
Stress & Performance Coaching
When urgency becomes a permanent operating mode, attention narrows and recovery disappears.
• Identify the pressures, habits, and patterns keeping you in constant acceleration
• Rebuild a recovery driven schedule + habits that sustain focus
• Build a way of performing that does not consume the rest of your life
Emotional & Relational Coaching
Competence at work does not automatically translate into closeness, honesty, or repair.
• Recognize the patterns shaping conflict, distance, and connection
• Communicate directly without withdrawing or becoming defensive
• Build relationships capable of holding greater responsibility
Transitions & Purpose Coaching
When an old definition of success stops working, the next move requires more than another goal.
• Clarify the decisions, competing priorities, and pressures shaping your next move.
• Reconsider inherited definitions of success, purpose, and a worthwhile life.
• Choose a next chapter that is viable and genuinely your own
Psychedelic Integration & Microdose Coaching
A powerful experience does not interpret or integrate itself
• Make sense of difficult or significant material without forcing conclusions
• Translate insight into grounded choices, practices, and conversations
• Notice what endures after the intensity of the experience has passed
What Is Really Driving the Problem?
Most men do not arrive without discipline. They arrive because discipline has taken them as far as it can. The career may be working, the body may be trained, and life may look coherent from the outside—while something underneath has begun to demand a different kind of attention.
The immediate problem matters: sustained pressure, a consequential decision, conflict in a relationship, or uncertainty about what comes next. But that problem is often connected to something deeper—an inherited definition of success, a role that has become too narrow, or a way of operating that once protected you and now limits you.
My approach joins practical decision-making with depth-informed inquiry. I draw on graduate training in counseling psychology, experience as a Division I athlete and entrepreneur, and years of working with men navigating pressure, relationships, and transition. We clarify what is happening now, examine what is driving it, and build a way forward that is both workable and genuinely yours.
This is not about dismantling a capable life. It is about making sure the life you have built still belongs to you.

How to get started:
-
Book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss what brings you here, what you want to change, and whether working together makes sense.
-
If there is a fit, we’ll decide whether a single session, the Eight-Week Focused Engagement, or the Twelve-Week Depth Engagement best matches the work
-
Longer engagements begin with an assessment and personalized working plan. We define the focus, identify meaningful measures of progress, and revise the plan as needed.
-
It’s a nod to the Eleusinian Mysteries—ancient rites of transformation, death, and rebirth. “Eleusis Rising” is about that inner return: rising from burnout, numbness, or autopilot into a more aligned, awake life. It’s not about escaping reality—it’s about facing it with clarity and depth.
-
I work 100% online—built for busy lives and flexible schedules.
-
Nope. This is coaching, not therapy. We focus on future-forward work, strategy, and real-world execution. (If therapy’s a better fit, I’ll refer you to someone solid.)
-
That’s what the free call is for. We’ll talk through what you’re facing and whether coaching makes sense—no pressure either way.
