Coaching Engagements
Different questions require different depths of work.
Some decisions need a clear, concentrated conversation. Others require enough time for patterns to become visible—and for insight to become a way of living.
Each engagement below has a defined structure and a fixed price. The work inside that structure is built around your life, your questions, and the threshold you are navigating.
-
Three monthly installments are available at no additional cost.
For men navigating intersecting questions around relationships, identity, leadership, purpose, and major life decisions—particularly when conventional achievement no longer provides a sufficient map.
The work moves on two levels: the decisions immediately in front of you and the deeper patterns beneath them. The goal is greater clarity, usable frameworks, and a structure you can eventually carry without depending on the coaching relationship.
Includes:
One 90-minute opening coaching assessment
Twelve weekly 60-minute sessions
A personalized working plan with defined priorities and markers of progress, revised as the work develops
Selected readings, writing prompts, and contemplative practices
Business-day text or voice-note support, with one consolidated substantive response when needed
A formal review at the twelve-week mark
Between-session support is asynchronous and intended for continuity and reflection. It is not an additional coaching session or emergency support.

Two monthly installments of $1,100 are available at no additional cost.
For men facing one defined point of pressure: a consequential decision, career transition, relationship question, loss of direction, or recurring pattern that needs sustained attention.
The Sprint remains organized around one central objective. We identify what is keeping it stuck, develop a practical way forward, and build enough structure for you to continue the work beyond the eight weeks.
Includes:
Eight weekly 60-minute sessions
An opening focus-mapping process within the first session
A written focus map identifying the central question, relevant patterns, and intended direction
Selected readings, reflection prompts, and practical exercises
Text or voice-note support, with up to two consolidated substantive responses each week
A closing review and plan for carrying the work forward
Between-session support is asynchronous and intended for continuity and reflection. It is not an additional coaching session or emergency support.

-
A single, concentrated session for one consequential question, difficult decision, or point of uncertainty that would benefit from focused outside perspective.
This is best when the question is defined enough to address in one conversation. A Focused Session can create clarity and identify a credible next move; it is not designed to resolve long-standing patterns within a single meeting.
Includes:
A brief pre-session questionnaire
One private 75-minute coaching session
Focused examination of the relevant context, patterns, and available choices
Clear next steps identified before the session ends
A Focused Session does not include between-session messaging, a written working plan, or ongoing support.
If you begin an eight- or twelve-week engagement within seven days, the full $275 session fee will be credited toward that program.

What Happens After Twelve Weeks?
Continuation is Never Assumed
At the end of each phase, we review what has changed, what remains unresolved, and whether further work would be useful. Some clients leave with a structure they can carry independently. Others continue into slower work involving long-standing patterns, relationships, identity, meaning, or unconscious material.
Depth may require time, but continuation should remain deliberate. If another phase is warranted, we decide together whether that means another defined twelve-week engagement or a weekly or biweekly continuity structure.
Weekly Continuity $1,000 per month
Four 60-minute sessions each month
Limited between-session support
Month-to-month after an initial engagement
Biweekly Continuity $550 per month
Two 60-minute sessions each month
Limited between-session support
Month-to-month after an initial engagement
Longer work remains purposeful because it is periodically chosen—not because six months of coaching was sold before either of us knew the fit.
Additional 12-Week Depth Phase $3,000
Twelve weekly 60-minute sessions
Continued development of the working plan
Personalized readings and practices
Business-day text or voice-note support
End-of-phase review
Frequently Asked Questions
-
The complimentary 30-minute call is for determining whether the work is a fit and which structure makes sense. You will know the scope and price before deciding whether to proceed.
-
Yes. The questions, working plan, readings, and practices are built around the individual. The commercial structure is not improvised or negotiated according to what I think someone might pay.
If a prospective engagement genuinely falls outside these structures, I will provide a written scope and fixed price before any work begins.
-
Depth takes time, but fit should be demonstrated. Twelve weeks is long enough to establish a serious process without asking a new client to commit to an indefinite relationship. At the end, we make the next decision from evidence rather than assumption.
-
No. Coaching focuses on development, decision-making, relationships, leadership, meaning, and forward-directed change. It does not provide diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment of mental-health disorders, or crisis care.
Coaching can complement therapy provided by another clinician, but the two relationships should remain clearly separate.
-
Payment plans divide the total program fee across the engagement. They do not create a session-by-session arrangement or change the total scope of the program.
-
The complete scope, payment schedule, cancellation policy, communication boundaries, and responsibilities of both parties are established in writing before coaching begins.
